How to get rid of nightmares: watch out for spicy food.

Especially are do you like to eat spicy food and dairy products for dinner? If so, you need to change this habit immediately to get rid of your nightmares and dreams. No matter what you eat at late night can fire up your metabolism rate. Actually, your brain seeks low brain activity during sleep and increasing your metabolism rate will also fire up your brain activity level as well. Even though it is hard to understand what is REM sleep late night food will again interrupt your REM sleep. So we recommend you to have your last meal before bed at least two and a half to three hours prior. And try to avoid spicy food and dairy products as much as possible if you need to get rid of nightmares and dreams.
